I’m participating in the the whole life challenge – an eight week program to learn about yourself. It’s mostly a diet, but there’s other components as well. For example, i have to stretch for at least 10 minutes a day. I have to be active for 10 minutes a day. One component that rotates is a lifestyle challenge. I have to spend 10 minutes a day doing something i love to do but normally don’t do. I’m not quite sure if it applies, but i’ve wanted to start a blog for a while, so i finally took the 10 minutes to figure out how to get something up and running and published. Hopefully this will endure past the challenge, but the first step is getting started.
